- You acknowledge that etisalat is not a party to any of the game publishers’ EULA (the “Third-Party Contracts”) and has no obligations under the Third-Party Contracts. You further acknowledge that the game publishers’ obligations under or in connection with the Third-Party Contracts cannot be enforced by you against etisalat, and you agree that you shall have no claim against etisalat for any breach of the Third-Party Contracts by the game publishers.
- The Third-Party Contracts and etisalat’s terms and conditions are separate agreements and the Third-Party Contracts do not, and do not purport to, amend, vary or supersede etisalat’s terms and conditions applicable to eLife TV Gaming.
- The Third-Party Contracts have been prepared by the game publishers without any involvement from etisalat. You acknowledge and agree that no representation, warranty, assurance or undertaking (express or implied) is or will be made, and no responsibility or liability is or will be accepted, by etisalat in relation to the Third-Party Contracts.
