How to call a number in another country whilst International Roaming

If you are roaming in the UK and would like to call someone in Dubai on telephone number 1234567, you need to dial as follows:

+971 4 1234567 = (country code) + (area code) + (number you wish to call).

Please add '+' before the country code while dialing any number.

Calling a number in the same country whilst International Roaming

If you are roaming in the UK and want to call someone in the UK (London ) on telephone number 1234567; you need to dial as follows:

0207 1234567 = (London area code) + (number you wish to call).

Please make sure you pay any outstanding bills before leaving the country. This will ensure that your phone service is not interrupted while you are travelling.

Charges of Calls to Other Destinations
International outgoing calls made from the visited network to destinations other than local country and UAE will be charged at the network operator's roaming tariff plus an additional charge for roaming.

UAE Nationals:
International Roaming is automatically provided to all UAE nationals subscribing to our Postpaid service, as well as to companies fully owned by UAE nationals

Expatriates:
Non-UAE nationals and companies not fully owned by UAE nationals have to apply to use the service. AED 2000 is required as a security deposit. Your deposit is refundable at the time of cancellation/disconnection of the International Roaming Service.
Alternatively, you may present a bank guarantee or company guarantee at any Etisalat branch before using the service.

Please bring the following documents with you:
A signed application form with valid photocopy of ID (ie: passport or driver’s license).
