General Instructions (HO20180045):
1. Deposit the Tender Fee at any of Etisalat payment machines (available in malls and Etisalat business centers across UAE) using Tendering Services option and provide the details to firstname.lastname@example.org to complete bidder activation process.
2. Bidders outside UAE may contact Etisalat Tender Section via email@example.com regarding payment of Tender Fee.
3. Activated bidders can access the Tender document through Etisalat Online Procurement system.
4. Bidders shall submit the completed Offer in the following format not later than 1:00 PM on 08th May 2018.
• Softcopy through Etisalat Online Procurement System
• One hardcopy and softcopy in CD/USB in line with instructions to bidders of the Tender document to Tender Section of Etisalat Head Office, Building (B), 3rd floor, Abu Dhabi.
Offers shall be addressed to Vice President/Contracts & Supply Chain Management. Late submission will not be accepted.
5. Offers to be in accordance to the Technical specification and standard instructions and conditions for Etisalat Tenders.
