Service details:

• Call Waiting plays a tone if someone is trying to call while you are on the phone; you can choose to ignore or answer the call whilst placing your original caller on hold
• Call Forwarding (All incoming calls) lets you redirect incoming calls to any other number
• Call Forwarding (No reply) lets you redirect incoming calls to another number after a set number of rings on your home phone
• Call Forwading (When line is busy) lets you redirect calls to another telephone when your home phone is engaged
• Caller ID (CLIP) lets you screen incoming calls by viewing their number before picking up the phone
• Add-on conference allows you to add more people to your conversation via our three-way call feature; simply use the phone keys to place your caller on hold while you dial the new number and once they respond, press 3 to join everyone in conference mode

• By dialling *61*+ (forwarding telephone number) # for Call Forwarding (No reply)
• By dialling *67* + (forwarding telephone number) # for Call Forwading (When line is busy)
