    Only Emirati users with a valid Absher card and on eLife Family, Sports, Entertainment and Combo are eligible to get this offer.
  2. What is the duration of the offer?
    The validity of the Absher card determines the timeframe when the users gets the offer. If the Absher card expires, the offer will expire.
  3. Can this be clubbed with eLife AnA Emarati, Homat Al Watan and People of Determination offers?
    No, offers are mutually exclusive and therefore cannot be combined.
  4. I got an offer on eLife Family. What will happen if I upgrade to eLife Sports/Combo?
    If the Absher card is valid, you will receive the free speed boost to 100mbps.
  5. I am on eLife Premium. If I downgrade to eLife Family, Sports, Combo, will I get free 100mbps speed?
    If you are a valid Absher pack customer, you will receive the 100mbps speed.
  6. What will happen if I transfer ownership?
    The Absher benefits will be removed on transfer of ownership.
  7. I am shifting my home. What will happen?
    Shifting homes will not affect your subscription. You will continue to enjoy the benefits.
  8. I no longer want Absher pack. I want to get eLife AnA Emarati or eLife Homat Al Watan or People of Determination discount. How do I do that?
    Simply contact our customer care at 101, who will assist you with your requests.
  9. Will I get a reminder notification before the card’s validity expires in the system?
    Absher pack customers will get a message from the system to revalidate their Absher card at any etisalat Business Centre, 1 month before the expiry of the card, 1 week before and 1 day after the expiry.
  10. How do I provide etisalat with the updated Absher card?
    Please contact our customer care on 800101, who will assist you in updating your Absher card details and availing the benefits again.
  11. My Absher card’s validity has expired and the benefits have been removed. However, I have the new Absher card. What should I do?
