1. Which plans are eligible to get vouchers?
All eLife plans on 24-month contracts – except for eLife Starter – will automatically receive a set of 7 vouchers upon installation. Some other plans may be eligible via direct communication from door-to-door agents.
2. How will I receive the vouchers?
You will receive an SMS on your preferred mobile number. The SMS will contain a personalised link to a website where you can download or print your discount vouchers along with all the relevant info.
3. My eLife has been installed but I haven’t received the SMS. What should I do?
Firstly, check the mobile number you have on file with etisalat. The SMS will be sent one day after eLife service has been installed. If you haven’t received the SMS, call 101 and we will send you the SMS again as soon as possible.
4. I have received the SMS with my personalised link but I deleted it by mistake. What should I do?
If you deleted the SMS, call 101 and we will send you the SMS again as soon as possible.
5. How do I redeem the vouchers?
The link that was sent to you via SMS contains all the relevant information; where to redeem the partners’ vouchers and how long they are valid for. You can also follow the steps here
