1. All new and existing etisalat Home users are eligible for the Home Zone service.
2. Apart from the rental of AED 29/month per zone (room), there will be no extra charges loaded on to the user on account of cables, devices, labour and installation.
3. You can subscribe to a maximum of 3 extra Home Zone services within the villa/apartment.
4. Site survey charge for technician visit of AED 150 for Home Zone Wi-Fi analysis (and installation) will be waived off if you choose to subscribe to even one Home Zone service on that occasion.
5. The service will be offered only within a single premises and cannot be extended to outside the main civil structure.
6. The internet/Wi-Fi throughput and coverage will be offered on best effort basis.
7. An exit fee per zone of AED 500 will be charged if you cancel the service during the first year of subscription and the exit fee per zone will be just AED 250 if the cancellation is during the second year from subscription.
8. Only etisalat routers and devices will be used as part of the Home Zone service. However, the routers will be replaced, free of cost if any damage occurs (due to etisalat’s problem) during the first 2-year period post subscription.
