The free Parental Control feature lets you, as the Family Head, set restrictions on apps for family members. You can block access to:

Once restricted, these apps won't work on the Etisalat network for the selected family members.

Only the primary number on e& UAE app can become the Family Head, if they meet the eligibility criteria.
If you want a different number to be the Family Head, simply update your primary number in the app, then enroll into the Family Plan again.

• Go to 'Manage' section within the Family Plan homepage.
• Select members: Choose who you want to add or remove from your Family Plan.
• Adding a member: Once added, the Family Head will need to allocate data to the new member.
• Data already allocated: If all data is already distributed, simply reallocate from existing members to the new one.

Removing a member means:

• Unused data allocated to the removed member is forfeited for that month.
• Family Head needs to reallocate this data next month for remaining members.

Yes, you can reallocate the data to family members at any time during the month. Please note that only unused data can be reallocated.

To maintain your Family Plan subscription, at least the Family Head and 1 Family Member should meet the eligibility criteria.

• Go go to "Manage Usage".
• Tap "Deactivate Family Plan" and confirm your choice.
• Review the list of benefits lost immediately and those unaffected.

• Sharable Data: Top up your family's data with one-time or recurring local or roaming data bundles.

• Head to ‘Family Plan Purchases.’
• Select the desired data add-on.
• Click on ‘Unsubscribe.’

• As a part of the Family Plan, the Family Head can also opt in to a host of Family Services via e& UAE app.
• After the promotional period, the monthly charges for the digital service will automatically be charged to the Family Head’s bill.
• The Family Head can cancel the digital service subscription (except for Xbox All Access) at any time and will only be liable to pay for the charges until the month of cancellation.
• For Xbox All Access subscriptions, if the Family Head unsubscribes before the end of the 2-month period, exit charges with the remaining amount will apply.
• The promotional benefit is once-in-a-lifetime benefit per Family. Once availed, it won’t be offered again.
