1. You acknowledge that e& UAE is not a party to any of the game publishers’ EULA (the “Third-Party Contracts”) and has no obligations under the Third-Party Contracts. You further acknowledge that the game publishers’ obligations under or in connection with the Third-Party Contracts cannot be enforced by you against e& UAE, and you agree that you shall have no claim against e& UAE for any breach of the Third-Party Contracts by the game publishers.
2. The Third-Party Contracts and e& UAE’s terms and conditions are separate agreements and the Third-Party Contracts do not, and do not purport to, amend, vary or supersede e& UAE’s terms and conditions applicable to Arena eLife.
3. The Third-Party Contracts have been prepared by the game publishers without any involvement from e& UAE. You acknowledge and agree that no representation, warranty, assurance or undertaking (express or implied) is or will be made, and no responsibility or liability is or will be accepted, by e& UAE in relation to the Third-Party Contracts.
