Our sender ID is either EtisalatINF or MY_ETISALAT. Do not reply to an SMS, call back or click on any link without verifying the sender ID.

Do NOT give your personal details

Never share your personal information (bank details, debit/credit card details etc.) Don't make a payment or recharge accounts via SMS. Don’t share an OTP for a request you didn’t initiate, unless you are on a call with an Etisalat 101 representative.
