eLife Vouchers
All eLife Unlimited plans on 24-month contracts – will automatically receive a set of 7 vouchers upon installation. Some other plans may be eligible via direct communication from door-to-door agents.
You will receive an SMS on your preferred mobile number. The SMS will contain a personalised link to a website where you can download or print your discount vouchers along with all the relevant info.
Firstly, check the mobile number you have on file with etisalat. The SMS will be sent one day after eLife service has been installed. If you haven’t received the SMS, call 101 and we will send you the SMS again as soon as possible.
If you deleted the SMS, call 101 and we will send you the SMS again as soon as possible.
