End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Parental Control Home or Family Internet Secure and governs the use of this app made available through Google Play and Apple App Store. By installing the Parental Control Home or Family Internet Secure App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use the Parental Control Home or Family Internet Secure App.

Warranty

The program is given to you "as is," with no warranties whatsoever. It doesn't come with any implied guarantees of fitness for a specific purpose, satisfaction, or merchantability. Keep in mind that some places don't allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this disclaimer might not affect you. You might also have different legal rights depending on where you are. Ultimately, it's up to you to take on all the risks regarding the program's quality and performance. This warranty disclaimer is a crucial part of the agreement.

Limited License

Parental Control Home or Family Internet Secure grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Parental Control Home or Family Internet Secure App. You may only use the Parental Control Home or Family Internet Secure App on mobile devices that you own as your personal or family devices.

License for Multiple User

In accordance with the specified terms and conditions, if you have obtained a license to use the Program for multiple users, Parental Control Home or Family Internet Secure grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to install and utilize the Program on multiple devices. It is important to note that the number of users utilizing the Program must not exceed the licensed number specified.

Performance Evaluation

It is important to note that you are not permitted to engage in testing or benchmarking of Parental Control Home or Family Internet Secure, nor disclose or publish any testing or benchmark results without prior written consent from Etisalat.

Maintenance and Support

While Parental Control Home or Family Internet Secure provides minimal maintenance or support for the Parental Control Home or Family Internet Secure App, we are not obligated to furnish any maintenance.

Limitations

In order to ensure the smooth functioning and integrity of the Program you must (i) refrain from modifying, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Program, unless expressly permitted by applicable laws. We understand that certain legal restrictions may apply, and we trust you will respect them. Additionally, creating derivative works based on the Program is also not permitted. (ii) You must also refrain from placing the Program on a server that allows public network access. This is to safeguard the privacy and security of the Program, as well as maintain its optimal performance.

Intellectual Property

The Program, which is being provided to you, is not available for sale and shall remain the sole property of Parental Control Home or Family Internet Secure. Etisalat retains all rights, title, and interest in the Program, including any backup copies, modifications, corrections, revisions, enhancements, or upgrades, as well as all connected intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trade secrets, and trademarks. These rights are and shall remain with Etisalat. You are granted a limited right of use strictly in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Termination

Parental Control Home or Family Internet Secure reserves the right to terminate this license at any time, at its sole discretion.
