You will receive an SMS with a summary of your invoice while your detailed invoice will be sent to your registered email address within the first three days of every month.
Simply login to the My Etisalat UAE app and ensure that your email address is updated. You can also view your previous bills anytime via the app. To download the My Etisalat UAE app, click here.
Payment for the full amount should be done before the 15th of every month.

Paying your bills before the due date is always recommended to avoid payment reminders and disconnection of services. Payments of bills by due date also helps in improving credit score with Al Etihad Credit Bureau.

We offer a grace period of 15-20 days from the last day of salary period to help our customers pay their bills on time. Our bills are issued post the salary period and have a span of about 15 days to be paid without any extra charges. However, if a bill remains unpaid after this grace period, we do send payment reminders before disconnecting the services. Generally, the services are disconnected 20-25 days after the salary date.
At Etisalat by e&, we always aim for the convenience of our customers to provide hassle free services even during the billing cycle. The salary period is 25th to 30th of each month and we issue the bills on the 1st of the next month, thus, the customers can pay their bills in the next 15-20 days allowing the salary cycle to be completed at ease.
To simplify this further, the customer can choose to enrol in our Autopay service which will automatically deduct the bill amount from their bank account on the due date.
Our billing policies are made keeping the salary cycle in mind with a grace period of around 15-20 days making it a hassle-free experience for our customers. We understand that in exceptional cases the date of salaries at time gets extended or delayed, thus, our due date and grace period allow our customers about 15-20 more days to pay their bills on time without any extra added charges. Yes, you can set a bill limit any time by simply visiting the My Etisalat UAE app, clicking on “Bill & Payment”, and selecting “Set bill limit” option. You can change your bill limit three times a month.

When a service is activated in the middle of your billing cycle, you are only charged for the time you use it rather than for a complete month. This is called pro rata.
If you subscribe to a service that costs AED 150/month on the 15th of the month, your next bill will include a pro rata charge as follows:
● AED 150/30 days = AED 5 (cost of service/day)
● AED 5 x 15 days = AED 75 (cost of the service x the remaining days of the month)
Bills that are not paid will not be charged with late payment fees. But any delay in settling your dues will result in service interruption.
