    •  § Router on eLife Lite 12 Mbps, 25 Mbps & 50 Mbps plans – AED 240
    •  § Router on eLife Lite 100 Mbps plan – AED 540
    •  § Home phone – AED 120

• Average speed and maximum speed are only via Ethernet cable and using Etisalat provided equipment

All you have to do is click Buy Now, fill in our online form and one of our agents will contact you, come to your doorstep and collect all needed documents – we will do everything for you. Simply prepare the following documents for our collecting agent:

• Copy of one bill from du (for an existing du customer)
• Emirates ID or passport and visa

Valid tenancy contract (Ejari) or copy of ownership title deed

• If you wish to use your own router, that’s fine. Please ensure your router is capable of delivering the speeds you subscribe to. All Etisalat routers that are supplied during your installation are rated to work at your subscribed speeds and have remote support capabilities.
• However if you face issues with your non-Etisalat supplied router, we may be unable to remotely assist you and you may need to pay for a technician visit if the fault is deemed to not be with Etisalat’s network.
• If you use your own router then the router that is supplied during your installation is not chargeable if you terminate your contract early. All other applicable early terminate penalties apply.
