  • For Postpaid customers, voicemail messages retrieval: AED 0.32/min (5% VAT included)
  • For Prepaid customers, voicemail messages retrieval: AED 0.38/min (5% VAT included)

    For example: If A reached B’s voicemail and recorded a message, A will be charged normal call charges as per his/her tariff plan and based on the length of the message. After A hangs up, B will be notified via SMS. B will be charged only when calling 123 for message retrieval.

How to use:

  • You can retrieve your voice-notes:
  • By dialling *1* within UAE (Free of charges)
  • By dialling +971 40 044 4132 if you're outside of the UAE (IDD rates apply)

Note:

If A is calling B while B’s mobile is switched off, the Smart MCN service will be activated and A will hear the following: “This person is not available, leave him a voice note after the beep, normal call charges will apply”. A can wait for the beep and leave a voice note or simply hang up. When B becomes available again on the network, B will receive the voice note and if A didn’t leave a voice note, B will receive an MCN notification. In both cases, no charges will be applied on B.

A will only be charged if he/she waited for the beep and left a voice note.

Additional Charges:
To make a conference call, check your handset manual to ensure that your handset supports the conference call feature. Ensure that "Call Waiting and Call Hold" is activated. Then follow these steps:

  1. Call the first person and put them on hold, then call the second person and put them on hold, and so on.
  2. When all participants are on hold, activate the conference call by choosing Merge Calls.
  3. Any person who calls while you're in a conference call can be added to it.

Additional benefits:
You're charged at the respective call rate for each person you call to join the conference call (if you call 5 persons into the conference call, you'll pay for 5 calls). Each person who calls you to join the conference is charged at his/her respective call rate.

How to manage

  • Dial*105# to activate the current device profile for receiving both calls and SMS
  • Dial *#105# to know which handset is active for receiving both calls and SMS
  • Dial *#105# to know the SIM ID (1 to 5)
  • To enable outgoing calls from the secondary SIM card, customers need to set the selected SIM card as the "Primary SIM" by dialing *105#
  • Alternatively, customers can use My Etisalat UAE app to change or set the active SIM card

Charges

  • Each cloned SIM card will be charged at AED 25/month*
  • When subscribing to Multi SIM, you must replace your primary SIM card with a Multi SIM card, replacement is done for free
  • SIM replacement (for example in case of damage) is charged at AED 50/SIM*
  • The main SIM card is not charged AED 25/month*

Out of credit services

Important to know:

  • You can avail this service and get mobile credit of up to AED 50 if you’ve been a prepaid user for a minimum of 3 months, with a usage of at least AED 10/month
  • All users who are eligible for Reserve Credit will be notified via SMS to subscribe to the service by dialling *108*1#. Upon subscription, the service will be renewed whenever you run out of mobile credit
  • If you are subscribed to the service, you'll be notified via SMS about the amount you've been credited once your balance reaches AED 1
  • When you recharge your line, the amount of reserve credit used will be automatically deducted from the recharge amount

Additional charges:

  • Wasel Prepaid customers with single account SIM will be charged a service fee of 20% (excluding VAT) on top of the existing tariff of the services they use
  • Other Wasel Prepaid customers will be charged a service fee of AED 0.06 (excluding 5% VAT) on top of existing tariff of every minute or SMS

Terms & Conditions:

  • The Reserve Credit can be used for Voice calls, SMSs (local and international), buy Non-stop Silver data plan
  • Wasel Prepaid customers with single account SIM can subscribe to selected Data Packs, can use Play on Demand and Start Stop Data services in addition to the services mentioned above
  • Reserve credit loan can also be used to subscribe/renew mobile content services. You will be charged 20% on top of the mobile content subscription amount as a service fee
  • Non-stop Silver data plan is not an auto-renewal pack and can be purchased any number of times
  • To purchase Reserve Credit Non-stop Silver data plan, you must first subscribe to Reserve Credit
  • Reserve Credit balance does not expire
  • After subscription to Reserve credit, the service will be auto renewed whenever you run out of mobile credit

How to use:

  • Dial the number you want to call when your balance reaches 1 fils and stay on the line
  • You will hear an announcement about the service and the call will get connected after the beep
  • If you don’t want to use ‘Out of Credit Call’ service, you can hang up the call before the beep
  • Only one call will be allowed with a maximum duration of 3 minutes and the call can be either a local or an international call
  • This service is applicable for prepaid customers only
  • Please check the list of countries to learn more about the destinations where the international call is allowed.

Charges:

AED 1.5 (excluding 5% VAT) will be charged for one call.

We will deduct the charges upon your next recharge.

Charges

5.25% (5% VAT included) of the transferred amount will be deducted from the sender as a transaction fee.
Example: If Mobile A transferred AED 100 to Mobile B, then AED 105.25 (AED 100 + AED 5.25) will be deducted from Mobile A and Mobile B will receive AED 100.

 

Auto Schedule feature – Local Credit Transfer

Auto schedule feature of Local Credit Transfer service will enable Etisalat customer to schedule a transfer of mobile credit to any Etisalat Prepaid number for any amount.

  • You will have an option to schedule a credit transfer to another prepaid mobile number once, twice or thrice in a month on a fixed date of the month.
  • Create Auto schedule option for up to 5 Prepaid mobile recipients.
  • Flexibility to choose any transfer amount as per the existing daily & monthly limit.
  • Auto scheduled credit transfer will continue till the time you cancel the Auto Schedule option for the recipient mobile number.

Charges:

  • No additional charges for using Auto Schedule feature of Local Credit Transfer service

How to use

  1. Dial *100# and choose the ‘Auto Schedule’ option in the menu
  2. Choose the number of times of transfer (Once, twice or thrice)
  3. Enter the mobile number (Receiver), transfer amount and confirm the transaction
  4. Once the transaction is confirmed, the Auto schedule will be activated and the specified amount will be transferred to the receiver on the specified day automatically (subject to availability of sufficient balance in case of Prepaid)

How to cancel the Auto Schedule service

  1. Dial *100# and choose the ‘Cancel Auto Schedule’ option in the menu
  2. All active Auto scheduled mobile numbers (Receivers) will be listed
  3. Select the mobile number (Receiver) from the list and confirm the cancellation
  4. Upon confirmation, the Auto schedule will be cancelled for the selected mobile number

How to use:

  1. Send a free text message to other Etisalat mobile customers.
    • For Arabic text request, dial *199*Destination Number# and press SEND
    • For English text request, dial *188*Destination Number# and press SEND
  2. The destination number will receive the following text, "You have received a call request from 050XXXXXXX"

*Your mobile credit should be less than AED 2 in order to use the service

Terms & Conditions:
This service is available to all Etisalat customers in the UAE and while roaming, provided that the operator you roam on supports the star command service.

How to use

  • Type: *107*05XXXXXXXX*Amount# (the number of the person you are asking credit from) and press send or call key.
  • The destination number will receive a message informing him/her that you need credit with the amount specified as follows: "Mobile Number 05xxxxxx is requesting you to transfer AED x (amount). To transfer the amount just type the following command: *100*Mobile Number*amount# and press the send key”.
  • Once the amount is transferred, you will receive the credit on your phone.

  • Only prepaid customers can use this service
  • The service is limited to 2 requests per day

How to subscribe:

  • By texting "C MCO" to 1012

How to use:

  • Simply dial your family or friend’s mobile number even when you don’t have credit
  • Your family member or a friend will receive a missed call from your number on their device

  • Unsubscribe by texting "MCO" to 1012

How to use:
Make a collect call:

  • By dialing *132*05xxxxxxxx# where 05xxxxxxxx is the number of the called person
  • By dialing 132
  • For both the methods above, the receiver will first be requested to either accept or reject the call. Upon accepting, the call will then be connected.

How to manage:

  • All customers can set their own whitelist by dialing *132#. Numbers added to the whitelist will be connected by the called party without permission
  • All customers can set their own blacklist by dialing *132#. Numbers added to the blacklist will be automatically rejected without disturbing the called party

Additional charges:
The service is free of charge. However, the called party will be charged according to his/her normal applicable tariff plan that he/she has subscribed to.

Additional information:

  • The collect-calls will be shown in the recipient (payer) bill with their charges and details
  • This service is only available within the UAE and not available while roaming
  • This service is available between Etisalat customers only
