3. In case of upgrade/downgrade, the latest subscription will always be renewed, and your original plan’s allowances will be kept till the end of the validity period
4. If you move from a yearly to monthly plan, both plans will co-exist, and you’ll continue to get yearly plan allowances till the end of the validity period
5. Flexi minutes will be used for calls within the UAE (excluding special numbers like 600) and select IDD destinations as listed here
6. For 28-day validity plans - Data and Flexi minutes will be credited once and plan will auto-renew at end of the validity
7. For yearly plans - Data and Flexi minutes will be credited every 28 days for a total of 13 times (364 days) and plan will auto-renew at end of the validity.
8. Data’s benefits can be used for usage within the UAE only
9. Unused allowances by the end of each 28-day cycle will be forfeited and will not be carried forward to the next cycle
10. Plans can co-exist with other data and combo packages
11. No refunds will apply on paid subscription in case you change the plan or unsubscribe
