• In case the line is not used for three consecutive months, then 10 AED would be charged once every 3 months to remain in Lifetime validity
• In case you do not have 10 AED balance, the line will be deactivated and the mobile number will be retained for a period of 12 months
• During this period of 12 months, the line can be revived anytime by recharging and using the line
• If no usage is observed during the 12-month period, the line will be deactivated and revival will no longer be possible

We’ll send you a reminder SMS before the expiration date, so you have enough balance to keep the pack active.
If you don’t have enough balance, we’ll keep a check on your balance for 10 days to give you enough time to recharge. Once you recharge, we’ll reactivate the pack automatically.
