• Upon successful redemption, your free subscription period will start, and you will receive a confirmation SMS with a link to STARZ ON app. Click the link and follow the simple steps to sign-up on STARZ ON app and start enjoying the service.
• Once your 12 months free period expires, STARZPLAY subscription will be automatically renewed to continue enjoying the content (STARZPLAY is renewed at AED 29.99/month & STARZPLAY Ultimate is renewed at AED 49.99/month). You may manage the subscription at any time from e& UAE app.

You may upgrade your existing postpaid plan to a higher commitment plan via e& UAE app and redeem the promotion by following the steps mentioned in question (2) above. 

Yes, you can do so by changing your prepaid plan to an eligible postpaid plan via e& UAE mobile app then redeem the promotion by following the steps mentioned in question (2) above.

If you migrate to a different postpaid plan while your 12 months free STARZPLAY subscription is active, you will lose the benefit.

No exit charge will apply for canceling the STARZPLAY subscription. However, all other T&Cs related to the postpaid plan activation/migration will apply.
