One-Time Password:

• Go to Etisalat.ae or download the My Etisalat UAE app
• Enter your registered mobile number
• Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your mobile number
• Verify the OTP to log in to your account

UAE PASS:

If you already have a UAE PASS account:

• Go to Etisalat.ae
• Choose ‘Login with UAE PASS’
• Enter your Emirates ID number/ registered email ID to log in
• You will receive a verification request from Etisalat on your UAE PASS app
• Confirm the request by entering the PIN of your UAE PASS

If you do not have a UAE PASS account:

• Go to Etisalat.ae
• Choose ‘Login with UAE PASS’
• Click on ‘Create a new UAE PASS account’ and follow the steps to continue
