For e.g., if you activated your plan on the 15th of the month, you will be charged for the last 15 days of the month only.

Cost of services per day = AED 150/30 Days = AED 5/day
Prorated cost of service = (Cost of service per day * Days of active service in the month) = (AED 5 * 15 days) = AED 75
Here is how your promotions and discounts will be reflected on your bill:
1. Rental Discounts: If any, these will start from your 2nd bill. You can find them listed under the section ‘Promotions, Refunds & Adjustments’.
2. Free Installation: This will initially appear as a charge in the ‘One-time charges’ on your 1st bill. However, it will be refunded in the same bill under ‘Promotions, Refunds & Adjustments’.
3. Other Promotions (such as Speed Booster and Regional TV Packages): These will be visible from your 1st bill under ‘Plans, Addons & Devices’, with the discounts already applied.
Your bill is due on the 15th of every month. For e.g., if your bill was issued on the 1st of the month, the payment will be due by the 15th of the month.
