Share this QR code with another device, as it requires scanning it from your phone
From your iPhone
Make sure your iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max or iPhone XR is updated to iOS 12.1 and above
Scan your QR code
Go to Settings > Cellular
Select “Add Cellular Plan” to launch the camera automatically
Use your iPhone to scan the QR code that you received via e& UAE app
From your Samsung
Scan your QR code
Go to Settings > SIM Card Manager
Select eSIM > Add Mobile Plan to launch the camera automatically
Use your Galaxy phone to scan the QR code that you received via e& UAE app
In case you shared the QR code with an untrusted account by mistake – before you activated the QR code on your phone – please call 101 or visit any e& store to deactivate it to stop someone else from scanning the code.
- If you have generated the QR code through the e& UAE app, your QR code will be stored in the app
- Go to Account Menu > My Accounts > Account Settings > QR Code
- In case you received the QR code from our agent, you will need to visit an e& outlet again to get a new QR code.
If you lose your QR code before scanning it, please call 101 or visit any e& outlet to deactivate it to stop someone else from scanning the code.
