If you are an existing New Freedom plan customer, you can move to any plan within the range once in a month. In case your plan’s minimum commitment period is remaining, you will need to settle the early exit charges of the current plan before you move to the new plan.

Upon completion of initial 12 months commitment, no contract renewal will be required. Customer will continue on same subscribed plan at same monthly rental with no commitment.

If your plan has a minimum 12-month commitment period,

1. A one-time charge equal to the plan’s 1-month charge or AED 1,000 (whichever amount is lower) will apply in case of early termination in addition to any other applicable usage charges.

2. In case of downgrading to a lower monthly commitment plan before 12 months, a one-time charge of (current plan charge minus new plan charge) or (AED 1,000 minus new plan charge), whichever amount is lower, will be applied.
