1. Welcome SMS:
   • Your default TV box PIN is sent to your registered contact number via SMS on the day you activate your plan.
   
   
2. TV Box:
   • You can also view your TV box PIN by clicking on the "Admin" panel located on the left-hand side of the scroll on your TV box.
   • You can also view it on the "Personal information" page and can change the PIN by entering the old PIN.

In case you are unable to locate your TV box PIN, you can create a new PIN by opening “Live Chat” and typing "RESET STB PIN".
