• Log in to your account
• You can view your monthly plan benefits on your active plan and remaining benefits under the “My accounts’

You can upgrade or downgrade your current plan:

On My Etisalat UAE app:

• Log in to your account
• Tap on the top-right corner to open the profile management tab
• Scroll down and locate the “My accounts” tab
• Select the account to be upgraded/downgraded
• Click on the “>” button located on the home page card of the “manage” tab
• Click on the “Change Plan” option to view all available plans
• Select the plan you would like to change your current plan

My Etisalat UAE app:

• Log in to your account
• Click on the ‘Etisalat shop” option present on the home page
• Click on the add-ons tab
• Browse through the add-ons and purchase the same by clicking on the add-on
• The add-on will then be subscribed, and a confirmation SMS will be sent to you upon activation

On Etisalat.ae:

• Go to Etisalat.ae home page
• Browse through the mega menu on top to locate the product category (mobile plans) or TV and Internet
• Click on the category you would like to explore
• Choose from the list of add-ons
• Enter your account number and input the 6-digit alternate contact number
• The add-on will then be subscribed, and a confirmation SMS will be sent to you upon activation

On My Etisalat UAE app:

• Log in to your account
• Tap on the top-right corner to open the profile management tab
• Scroll down and locate the “My accounts” tab
• View your active add-ons by clicking on the “+” sign on “my add-on subscription”
• Click on the add-on to be unsubscribed
• Choose “cancel subscription” from the bottom scroll that appears
• The add-on will be unsubscribed, and an SMS will be sent you upon successful un-subscription
